PhD Positions

How to apply

PhD Positions
-Important information-

  • a salary for each position at 65% of a full position on TV-L 13, based on a fixed-term contract until October 1st 2025, starting date: From now on!

MD Positions
-Important information-

  • only for medical students

  • a scholarship will be given for 12 month, a minimum of 8 months full-time in the laboratory is required. The monthly scholarship payment is 964 €, starting date: From now on!

  • individually tailored curricula that include training in scientific, theoretical, practical, and soft skills

  • close supervision at the beginning, which over time increasingly turns into independence

Ideal applicants for a Ph.D. position should hold (or be in the process of completing) a Master's degree or equivalent first professional degree in the life sciences, e.g. biology, (bio)chemistry, veterinary medicine, medicine or pharmacy, and have proficient English skills.

Ideal applicants for a M.D. position should have completed at least the physics examination and be

prepared to take two semesters off.
